Come ready to dance, stretch, play, laugh, sweat, and shake loose the stress, tension, and negative energy that tries to weigh us down!
You’ll leave feeling free, strong, and so happy. No yoga experience required – modifications and variations are offered, along with all the respect for you, your body, and your practice to do whatever you want to (or don’t want to) in pursuit of honoring yourself!
