I don’t even care that you can see so many greys in my hair in this pic (because honestly, I f’in LOVE my grey hairs) BUT, just sharing this appreciation post because mornings and experiences like the one I had today – a single, exceptional student in class – reminded me just how much I LOVE this job and how grateful I am that I ever get to do this.

I love teaching. I love sharing yoga. I love practicing, sharing space, and breathing together. I love getting into the nittiest of gritties of details in private yoga classes, even if it was meant to be a group class.

This job is a gift to me, and if you’ve ever been in a class with me, YOU are a gift to me. Love you all.
