I obviously don’t mind teaching from the front of the room, and fully understand the practicality of being in front of the entire class.

But I love the occasional opportunities I have to exist in the middle, teaching but also practicing in the midst of everyone.

Class at the Groovy Plants Ranch a few weeks ago was cozy and quaint – like they all will be while we hunker down in the school house for the season! And nearly everyone in attendance has been attending class with me there for months, so we all got in line together and flowed through our practice together.
It was really special, and I’m super grateful for these amazing folks that come Sunday after Sunday.

And I really loved this class very much. It was really very special to be in the midst of everyone’s energy and movement, and feel like we were truly *together* in our practice.
