To me, this less about being unreachable or unmovable. At least for me, I’m empathetic. I’ll always feel it.
But rather, this work is about creating a sense of stability and security within our own energetic ecosystems so we’re less tempted to be impressed upon by and matching the energy of everyone around us.

People pleasers, peace keepers, generally anxious folks, and eldest children probably get this one hard. We’ll keep spinning our wheels on someone else’s level, whether they’re above us or below. But we have the power to care for and create a sense of safety within ourselves, and tap into, rather than absorbing the energy around us, the power to create the experience of life we want.
