Nurture Yoga Barre is opening its doors on August 19th in Middleburg Heights! And ya girl has two class types comin’ at ya!

Monday’s and Wednesday’s, bring your babies and little ones for a specially Mommy + Me Flow!

And on Tuesdays, I’ll be leading the Warm Energy Flow!

Schedules are still be ironed out so they’re subject to a little bit of change, but roughly, this is when we’ll be meeting!

I can’t wait to connect with everyone and begin to bring yoga to so many beautiful neighbors and friends!
