Can I just share with you the majesty of these yogis choosing their own adventures?!

There’s something super beautiful about offering a pose, and then offering an alternative, and watching each individual choose.

Neither choice is wrong; each is wholly right for the individual who chooses. And that’s what I love about it!

It’s a room (or a groovy ranch!) full of people hearing their options, checking in with their minds & bodies, making a choice to honor their journey, and going with THAT.
