Last year, I had the pleasure of hosting a Good Friday Holy Yoga class at Sky Fit Studios in Akron, OH, and I was SUCH a blessing to me.
I enjoyed it so thoroughly, I wanted to pass along our template, in the event it could be useful to anyone this Good Friday!
We began our class with live worship. My best friend and worship leader lended us her gifting by coming and singing a few songs. Her set list is below:

What a Beautiful Name It Is
After worship, I shared a message that was important to me. It’s too much to include here, but you can read what I shared here in case it inspires your own Good Friday message!
What I did not anticipate was just how much it would spur on conversation and discussion after my message! I’d originally planned to flow for one hour, however, after our post-message discussion, we had about 35-40 minutes to flow. If I’m able to plan another event like this one, I would definitely schedule time for conversation and Q&A!
So at the last moments, I was cutting my playlist to fit within our allotted time in order to respect everyone’s schedules. I’ve included the shorter list so for anyone wishing to have a total class time of one hour can benefit from the already trimmed play time!
